Debra Gail Gentry, 58, passed away Dec. 12 at Mabry Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Gainesboro. Funeral services were held Dec. 16 at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Robert Boles officiating. Interment followed at Lynn Cemetery. Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She was born Sept. 28, 1958 in Detroit, Mich. She was a licensed practical nurse and she was a member of the Burristown Church of Christ.
Surviving relatives include husband, Larry Dale Gentry of Hilham; one daughter, Tara Nicole (Joey) Stephens of Baxter; parents, Walden and Nadene Chrisman of Gainesboro; two brothers, Tom (Christine) Chrisman of Gainesboro, and Gary (Glenda) Chrisman of Orange Park, Fla.; two grandchildren, Wade Stephens and Addison Stephens; one brother-in-law, Steve Gentry; two sisters-in-law, Darlene Overstreet and Linda Ellington; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Lonnie Hammock, 57, passed away Dec. 12 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held Dec. 15 at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Shannon Hammock officiating. Interment followed at Stacy Cemetery. Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He was born May 20, 1959 in Noblesville, Ind. He was an upholsterer in a furniture factory. He was a member of the Freewill Holiness Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bro. Hubert M. Hammock and Ardie Dillon Hammock, one sister, Averdale Hammock; one brother, James Hammock.
Surviving relatives include two sons, Dereck Hammock and Daniel Hammock; one daughter, Brandy Hopper; two brothers, Ulis (Pauline) Hammock and Truman (Glenda) Hammock; five sisters, Truzine Phy, Jean Anderson, Thelma Barlow, Willadean Isaacs and Betty Coffman; five grandchildren.
