The Jackson County Sheriff’s office recovered stolen property from three separate incidents over the weekend.
On Oct. 24, Deputy Roy Shepherd took a report of a burglary in the Bloomington Springs area of the county. During the course of the investigation, Captain Dennis Thrasher located some of the property at a pawn shop in Cookeville. Thrasher then received assistance from a Putnam County detective and recovered the remaining property at a residence in Cookeville. Warrants for aggravated burglary and felony theft are being obtained for one individual from Putnam County. The Jackson County Sheriff’s office Stated they appreciate the assistance of the Putnam County Sheriff’s office.
