Head Start Registration Open

Registration for the 2018-19 school year at L.B.J. and C. Head Start is on April 12 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. For more info, please contact Shiloh Head Start at 931-268-2759.

Book Fair To Be Held

The JCMS library will be hosting a Scholastic book fair beginning March 20 and continues until March 29. A family event is planned during Parent-Teacher Conference on March 22. The hours will be 3-6 p.m. Come and support our book fair.

Holy Week Services To Be Held

Gainesboro First UMC will hold Holy Week March 26-30 at noon each day. A different church will lead the service each day with a meal provided at 12:30 p.m.

County Wide Egg Hunt To Be Held

The Gainesboro and Shiloh Head Start and the JC Jaycess will host the second annual countywide egg hunt on March 24 starting at 10 a.m. at the Jackson County Fairgrounds.

Country Breakfast To Be Held

Shiloh Community Center will hold a country breakfast on March 24 starting at 7 a.m. with all the fixings. To go plates are also available. All proceeds to go to improve and for upkeep of the community center. For more information, call Debbie Allen at 931-260-9454 or Phyllis Goad at 931-397-9194.

Muddy Rivers Festival To Be Held

There will be a Muddy Rivers Festival held March 23-25 at the Old Mill Camp and General Store at Cummins Falls. There will be live music and giveaways. More info at www.muddyriversfestival.com.

Fundraising Event To Be Held

There will be a fundraising event for Rebecca Harris and Justin King held April 7 at Shiloh Community Center starting at 5 p.m. There will be food, live auction, cake walk and raffle. All proceeds go to pay for expenses for a trip to the Congress of Future Medical Leaders. For more info, contact Amanda Harris at 931-397-2752.

4-H Bake Sale To Be Held

The Jackson County 4-H program is hosting a bake sale. Orders need to be placed by March 23. To place an order or for more info, call the UT Extension office at 931-268-9437.
