IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this notice shall be published in Gainesboro, Tennessee, by the JACKSON COUNTY SENTINEL a weekly newspaper of general circulation, ONCE WEEKLY for FOUR (4) consecutive weeks beginning the 12th day of June 2018.

Please take notice that on October 10, 2017, Plaintiff, Deborah Maddle filed a Petition for Ex Parte Emergency Custody in the Juvenile Court for Jackson County, Tennessee, Case No. 2018-JV-13, against Tina Erlene Parks and Jeremy Wayne Key. The Plaintiff has been unable to locate and effectuate service upon the Defendant, Jeremy Wayne Key.
Notice shall be given for four (4) consecutive weeks in a newspaper in Jackson County, Tennessee, and that any party wishing to file an answer or responsive pleading relative to the case shall have thirty (30) days from the date of the final publication. Absent any person filing an answer or responsive pleading, the Court shall enter an Order declaring judgment.
