The previous and last conveyance being a Warranty Deed from Charlie Lee to Herbert Willard Pigg and wife, Peggy Pigg recorded in Record Book E-3, Page 607 and a Warranty Deed from Larry Spivey, Therold Richardson and Billy Scott to Herbert Willard Pigg and wife recorded in Record B-3, Page 543 in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee
