Homecoming is a fun time for me to be behind the lens. It usually starts at Gainesboro Elementary with me herding my third graders for the parade that goes by the school every year. Our students love the band and all the decorated floats but it is the tons of candy flying through the air that gets my class all riled up! The parade is also a preview for the events later in the evening. The Homecoming Court passes us as does our football teams, it is great seeing the kids cheering on and giving their support for our Blue Devils.
