In this cause, it appearing from the Motion for Publication which is sworn to, that Defendants, Tommy Lee Moss’s and Stewardship Agreement of Tommy Lee Moss’s addresses are unknown, so that ordinary process cannot be served upon the above-named Defendants.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that said Defendants file an answer in the Chancery Court of Jackson County, at Gainesboro, Tennessee with the Plaintiff’s Attorney, Michael Savage, whose address is 101 East Court Square, Livingston, TN 38570 within thirty (30) days of the last day of publication, or a judgment by default may be entered, and the cause set for hearing EX PARTE for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
