NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE OF: Debrah Brown Sheron

Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of March, 2019, Letter of Testamentary, in respect to the estate of Debrah Brown Sheron, deceased, who died December 24, 2018 were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Jackson County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named Court at the Jackson County Court House, P.O. Box 342, Gainesboro, TN 38562 within the earlier of four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated 21-1-204, appearing from the allegations of the Complaint in this cause, being duly sworn to or by Affidavit, that Defendant, Diane Johnson a/k/a Diane Ashby, herein cannot be served with the ordinary process of the laws of the State of Tennessee for the following reason, that after diligent inquiry and search, the whereabouts of said Defendant cannot be ascertained.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that said Defendant enter an appearance thirty (30) days after the last publication and file and Answer or responsive pleading to the Complaint, or judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. A copy of the Order is to be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in Jackson County Sentinel.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated 12/09/2014, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded 12/30/2014, in Instrument No. 14001940 BK/PG: 76/745-751, , in Office of the Register of Deeds for Jackson County, Tennessee, executed by Donna Petree, conveying certain property therein described to Bobby M. Goode, State Director as Trustee for USDA Rural Development, as nominee for Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, The Sayer Law Group, P.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Bobby M.
