WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated September 27, 2004, executed by WANDA LYNN OKEEFE, CHRISTOPHER C. SPANN, conveying certain real property therein described to B REICH, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee recorded September 28, 2004, in Deed Book 35, Page 166-170 at Instrument Number 04020326; and WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company who is now the owner of said debt; andWHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register’s Office of Jackson County, Tennessee. On Motion by the Petitioners and for good and sufficient cause shown it is Ordered that service of process on the Respondent on this and in the companion action In the Juvenile Court for Jackson County, Tennessee Docket # 2019 CV 74, shall be made by publication of Notice of these proceedings in a newspaper of general circulation in Jackson County, Tennessee.

It is, therefore, ordered that said Respondent file an answer to the Petitions filed in the office of the Clerk & Master, Chancery Court of Jackson County, and, respectively, in the office of the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of Jackson County, Tennessee both located at the Courthouse at Gainesboro, TN and with the Petitioner’s attorney, William L. Draper, 413 C East Hull, Gainesboro, TN 38562 within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of the fourth (4th) weekly publication and that should the Respondent fail to answer or otherwise respond to the Petitions filed, that he shall be deemed to have received actual notice hereon and default judgment may be taken against him.

This Notice will be published in the Jackson County Sentinel, for four (4) successive weeks.
