Pursuant to T.C.A. 21-1-204, appearing from allegations of the Complaint in this cause, being duly sworn to or from affidavit, that the Respondent(s) cannot be served with the ordinary process of law for the following reason: after diligent inquiry the whereabouts of the Respondent(s) cannot be ascertained.

It is, therefore ordered, that said Respondent(s) enter an appearance 30 days after the last publication and file an answer to the complaint, or judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in this complaint. A copy of this order is to be published for four consecutive weeks in the Jackson County Sentinel. The last know address for the Respondent(s) is unknown.

ESTATE OF: Robert Danny Clark, aka Bobby Clark

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd day of July, 2019, Letter of Testamentary, in respect to the estate of Robert Danny Clark, aka Bobby Clark, deceased, who died July 2, 2019 were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Jackson County, Tennessee.

All person, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court at the Jackson County Court House, P.O. Box 342, Gainesboro, TN 38562 within the earlier of the four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
