Jackie Christian, 39, of Livingston passed away Dec. 18 at Cookeville Regional Medial Center. Funeral services were held Dec. 21 at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Interment followed in the Lynn Cemetery in the Burristown community.
He was born July 20, 1980 in Gainesboro. He was a factory worker.
He was preceded in death by: grandfather, Frank Christian; grandparents, Lushion and Mary Scott; sister, Cheri Crabtree; nieces, Amanda Goolsby and Kyra Christian and nephew, Jason Goolsby.
Surviving relatives include: girlfriend, Jennifer Eldridge of Livingston; her children, Briana Norrod, Katie Eldridge and Kylie Eldridge; grandchildren, Silas and Sage Wilson; parents, Kenneth and Glenda Christian of Gainesboro; grandmother, Lillie Mae Christian of Gainesboro; brother, Kenneth Christian, Jr. and Tina Murphy of Gainesboro; sister, Angie Christian of Gainesboro; 11 nieces and nephews; one great nephew and other relatives and friends.
Danny H. Strickland
Danny H. Strickland, 59, of Hartsville passed away Dec. 19 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Funeral services were held Dec. 23 at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Floyd Farris officiating. Interment followed in the Richmond Cemetery in the Flynns Lick Community.
He was born April 27, 1960 in Jackson County. He worked in welding and fabrication.
He was preceded in death by: father, Loyd Walker; son, Michael Davidson; brothers, Loyd Robert Walker and Bill Walker; sister, Sandra Walker and brother in law, Steve Craighead.

Juliet and John Lee (Crystal) Hawkes of Murfreesboro; daughter, Paige (Josh) Montgomery of Red Boiling Springs; mother, Lois Walker of Gainesboro; grandchildren, Wyatt, Maggie, Faith, Paisley, Marley, Tallen, Emilee, Brooklynn and Addisyn; sister, Teresa Craighead of Whitleyville and special aunt, Janet Pryor of Whitleyville.

He was born March 14, 1953 in Jackson County. He worked in the upholstery trade.
He was preceded in death by: wife, Cissy Edna Beechboard Hammock; parents, Elmer Esters Hammock and Stella Mae Stafford Rhoten; son, Michael Shane Hammock; daughter, Rebecca Sue Stacy; and brothers, Benna Clay Hammock, Michael E. Hammock, Sr. and Donnie Ray Hammock.
Surviving relatives include: brother, Jimmy Wayne Hammock of Chattanooga and sisters, Jennie Mae Scott, Kathy Phann and Deborah (Junior) Phann, all of Gainesboro.

She was born July 4, 1940 in Jackson County. She worked as a photo shop receptionist.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Ben Jackson and Bernice Hembree Jackson.
Surviving relatives include: son, Jason Goad of Nashville; brother, R.C. Jackson, Sr. of Antioch; nephew, Robert Jackson and wife, Sarah Betts-Jackson of Clarksville and several cousins.
