J.C.H.S. Softball Strikes Out Tobacco

The Jackson County High School Softball team recently made the pledge to “Strike Out Tobacco!” Coach Amanda Harris and her team each signed a pledge form promising not to use ANY tobacco or electronic cigarette (vape) products.

Once signed, the Tennessee Department of Health, in conjunction with TNSTRONG (a youth-led initiative to take down tobacco in Tennessee), sent Coach Harris and her team a We Struck Out Tobacco banner to be hung at the school.
