ORDER FOR SERVICE OF PUBLICATION

This matter came on to be heard before the Clerk and Master of Jackson County, Tennessee upon the Petitioner’s Motion for Service by Publication pursuant to T.C.A. § 21-1-204. After consideration of the petitioner’s motion and affidavit, the Court hereby finds that attempts to locate the Respondent and her address have been unsuccessful.

Wherefore, the Court hereby ORDERS that the Respondent, Patricia Fairfield Sharpe, shall be served by publication. This Order shall be published in a weekly publication in the county of her last known residence, Jackson County, Tennessee and in Putnam County, Tennessee for four (4) consecutive weeks. Failure to Respondent to this action within (30) days of the last publication of such notice may result in default being taken with respect to such Respondent. A copy of this Order, along with a copy of the Complaint, shall be forwarded, shall be forwarded by the Clerk and Master to the Respondent at her last known address, 108 O’Reilly Lane, Cookeville, Jackson County, Tennessee 38501 and 3914 Hilltop Dr., Cookeville, TN 38506, in accordance with T.C.A. § 21-1-105.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS

ESTATE OF: James Alred Johnson

Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of June, 2020, Letter of Testamentary, in respect to the estate of James Alred Johnson, deceased, who died February 2, 2020 were issued to the undersigned by the Probate Court of Jackson County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the above named Court at the Jackson County Court House, P.O. Box 342, Gainesboro, TN 38562 within the earlier of four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
