In this cause, it appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and For Adoption, that it be granted to the Petitioner, Dustin Allen Cooper, a copy of the Petition may be obtained at the office of Clerk of the Probate and Family Court of Cumberlad County, Tennessee at 60 Justice Center Drive, Suite #226, Crossville, TN 38555. That the whereabouts of the Respondent, Hannah Renee Hall, are unknown and, therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon her.

ITS IS THEREFORE ORDERED that publication be made for four (4) consecutive weeks as required by law, in the Jackson County Sentinel, a newspaper published in Jackson County, Tennessee notifying said Defendant that she is required to answer and make defense to said Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and For Adoption in the office of the Probate and Family Court Clerk of Cumberland County, Tennessee located at the Cumberland County Justice Center in Cumberland County, Tennessee within thirty (30) days after the fourth (4th) weekly publication of this Order, and that upon her failure to do so, the Petition for Termination of Parental Rights and for Adoption will be taken as submitted and the case set for hearing without her presence.

IT IS SO ORDERED.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated October 22, 2007, executed by TOBY R. REEVES, FRANCES J. REEVES, conveying certain real property therein described to ROBERT M.
