James Earl (Jimbo) Dailey
James Earl (Jimbo) Dailey, 43, passed away Aug. 7 at Livingston Regional Hospital. Graveside services were held Aug. 10 at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery with Bro. Roger Cooper officiating.
He was born June 20, 1977 in Jackson County. He was a painter.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Herschel Earl Dailey and Carolyn Sue Martin Harville; children, Breezie Eve Dailey and Jimmy Dailey; maternal grandparents, Albert O. Martin and Fannie Ruth Nash Martin; paternal grandparents, Bill and Gladys Langford Dailey; step grandparents, William and Jewell Harville; and stepmother, Linda Harville.
Surviving relatives include: daughter, Nevaeh Hope White Dailey of Auburntown; sister, Jody Dailey of Cookeville; stepsisters, Gail (Jeff) Fish of Auburntown, Rhonda (Chuck) Haney of Cookeville and Lora (Jacen) Jared of Rickman; stepfather, Jimmy Lee Harville of Lebanon; niece, Brittany Dailey of Cookeville; special friend and caretaker, Missy Curtis; and aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.
Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Ronnie J. Allen
Ronnie J. Allen, 70, of Gainesboro, passed away Aug. 12 at his residence. Funeral services were held Aug. 15 at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Fox officiating. Interment followed in the New Salem Cemetery.
He was born April 10, 1950 in Jackson County. He retired from TRW in Lebanon and enjoyed NASCAR racing and deer hunting. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Donald Ervin Allen and Ruth Meadows Allen; sister, Thirise Allen; and brother, Gary Travis Allen.
Surviving relatives include: wife, Janet Roberts Allen of Gainesboro; son, Ricky (Christie) Allen of Gainesboro; daughter, Kristi (Anthony) Brown of Gainesboro; grandchildren, Dylan (Cameron) Brown, Chelsea Brown, MaKayla Allen and Hayden Allen; special brother-in-law, Jimmy Roberts; and other relatives and many friends.
