Blue Devils Lose Another Game

The Jackson County Blue Devils suffered another loss against the Cascade Champions.

The (4-2) Blue Devils traveled to the (2-3) Champions.

The Blue Devils won the coin toss and elected to defer to the second half.

The Champions started with the ball at their own 24-yard line, they would get one first down on their opening drive. Then the Blue Devils’ defense took over and forced a punt on fourth and eight. That is when tragedy would strike, the returner fumbled the ball and the Champions would recover it. The Champions started with the ball at their own 46-yard line, a couple of plays later a big run would move the ball to the Blue Devils 22-yard line. The Blue Devils’ defense would once again stand strong and force a fourth and seven. The Champions would attempt a 32-yard field goal, which was good, making the score 3-0 Champions.
