Shots Fired Lead To Arrest

On Dec. 18 Deputies responded to the Pine Lick Road area of Jackson County in regards to shots being fired into an occupied camper. Upon arrival Detective Daniel Cummings and Deputy Cody Buck found a bullet hole in the camper and got a statement from the victim identifying Danielle Henry-Kilmon as a person in the vehicle when it drove by her camper and fired shots. Captain Dennis Thrasher and Detective Jesse Wade were called to the scene for processing. While on patrol Deputy Cody Buck spotted Danielle Henry-Kilmon entering a residence on Jennings Creek Highway.

Deputy Buck took Kilmon into custody and recovered a Glock 9mm pistol. Deputy Heather Mullins arrived on the scene and assisted Deputy Buck who took a second person (Christopher Heath) into custody. Deputies Buck and Mullins then recovered the vehicle used in the shooting in a remote location off of Pine Lick Road. The vehicle and two firearms were reported stolen out of Cookeville.
