The 50th annual Anne Cameron Memorial Golf Classic, Cookeville’s oldest and most established charity golf tournament, will take place on Saturday, June 14, at the Golden Eagle Golf Club. The tournament benefits the Cancer Patient Assistance Fund at Cookeville Regional Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to supporting charitable healthcare throughout the Upper Cumberland.
Golfers are invited to participate in this special anniversary event by registering a four-person team for one of two shotgun flights, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., respectively. A complimentary breakfast will be served at 7:30 a.m., with lunch provided to all participants.
The tournament will follow a four-man scramble format. Contests will include Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and a $10,000 Hole-in-One Challenge. Awards will be presented to the first, second, and third place teams.
This year's presenting sponsor is A-Z Office Resource, with additional support from Stovers Liquidation, Coca-Cola Bottling Group, and Rib City. Multiple sponsorship opportunities remain available, including Birdie, Cart, Team, and Hole Sponsorships—each offering valuable exposure and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
“We invite the community to join us on the course to honor the legacies of Anne Cameron and Bobby Nichols, and to bring hope to local cancer patients, said Lindsey Cameron Gross, Tournament organizer.”
The deadline to register is June 9, 2025. To register a team or become a sponsor, please visit www.CookevilleRegionalCharity.org or contact Lindsay Cameron Gross at (931) 526-3366 or the CRMC Foundation at (931) 783-2003.
