Students in Jackson County Schools have made significant gains in overall academic growth for the 2020-2021 school year. Tennessee public schools are required to administer annual TN Ready Academic Assessments to all students in grades 3-12. Academic performance is measured by annual growth and achievement in reading, math, science, and social studies. Growth levels range from Level 1-5, with a Level 3 meaning that students made approximately one year of overall academic gains in the tested subjects.
