As Tennessee gears up for the Aug. 1 State and Federal Primaries and the Nov. 5 State and Federal General Election, Jackson County Administrator of Elections Drew McMillan is hoping to register a few more poll workers for election day.
McMillan said those interested in serving as a poll worker for the upcoming election should call the election commission office to review the qualifications and get registered. The election commission phone number is 931-268-9284.
